🤳🏼 pomponizing obsession 💮 pom-pom-cardi🤹
I love revamping✂️ grey boring clothes through #pomponizing.
A few big 🔴 ones attached to the sides of a bag 👛 in contrasting color, or lots of them 👜 in a combination of colors, randomly distributed in jumpers, decorating 👟 trainers, a 🌙 headband or playing ⚫️ panda in a woolly 🎩 hat. Hadn’t about putting them in 👖 jeans, but I must admit it’s genius!, and so gracefully combined with a t-shirt of the same ⚪️ color.

This Kurt Geiger bag 👜 gets all pomponized with a matching color pom-pom on a theatre trip, so in line with current fashion, in a discreet elegant way. Minimum attaching effort. Result!
The newest addition are these tasselled earrings ⭐️. Easy to twist around once you’ve got the idea, but perhaps still some more practice cutting the ends straight is required. The metal bits 💠 I got in a Danish shop, 15 for £1, not bad.
The next step would be to mix several tassels, 3 🎶 I think, in different 🎨 colors and different hanging heights ✨

Achieved through a political tv debate. Ideal for stabbing pom-poms. Result! 📷
This week we get to update a furry 🐆 leopard print 👜 bag revamped through #pomponizing.
The bag 👛 is almost ancient. My auntie Rosi 💝 bought it for me when I was still living in Spain🇪🇸. It’s always had sentimental value for me.
We part from a trio ∴ triangle pom-pom ✂️ and we attach different 🦉 feathers around them, but giving it an elongate look. The method: glue and a make-up brush.
Done through a Netflix episode or two.🤳C’est chic, n’est pas? 📸
Next week’s advance: don’t miss the updated 👘 plain grey dress 👗.
Pomponizing applied to anything that you can think of.

Even John Lewis/Peter Jones in Chelsea is at it. The new spring displays and “Live Brighter” campaign is packed with thousands of paper pom-poms in the brightest colors. As you walk inside, huge floral paper pom-pom displays welcome you, and as you look around, you’ll find smaller ones everywhere. Yes, one of the biggest department stores in London is in full bloom, and so will be everyone. this spring.
I can really see it done in children’s rooms. Could be a great way to spend Sundays with your offspring as you get them occupied making their own room decorations.
