Dish of the Week: Circles

This will probably excite almost any nutritionist.  It has protein, carbs, fruit and green tea.

And it looks lovely too!


Rice cakes, coconut oil, 

natural pineapple, blueberries,

patè and blue cornflower,

egg, gelatine and pepper,

Love tea is my new obsession.  The taste it’s like a welcome cuddle, it gives you such a comforting feeling.  I’ve been struggling with sleep and find that my usual camomile and lemongrass midnight tea wasn’t doing it for me any more.  I tried this as a sample and surrender.  With rose, marigold, elderflower, chamomile and lavender.
