Dish of the Week: monster breakfast

Persimmon and melon


Today’s little monster is a combination of carbs and fruit with a little protein.

The golden food is meant to give me energy and fill me up all the way to lunch.

The saltiness of the cashew nut spread mixes delightfully with the coconut oil on the other half of the bagel.
