Dish of the Week: 1 fruit per breakfast

Serrano Ham and Grapes

 

Determined to start this month eating a piece of fruit on each breakfast.  It’s a great way to start the day and to keep your tummy regulated.  Source your own vitamins.

Serrano ham and olivesProsciutto,

thin toasts,

baby plum tomatoes,

black grapes,

coconut milk

with a spark of cinnamon.

 

When you don’t need coffee.  Enjoying the sleepy feeling and a happy tummy.
