Dish of the Week: Sea Bream and trimmings

Love cooking fish because you just wrap it in foil with some olive oil and 15 or 20 mins later, Ta Da!

This time it was sea bream and some salmon I had left with some herbs and lemongrass.

Sea Bream and trimmingsTurmeric rice, nicely adorned by an olive,

courgette, black olives, peppers oven roasted 15 mins,

salad with romaine lettuce, cucumber, celery, olives of course, brazil nuts, walnut oil and fig malt vinegar,

refreshed with sparkling water with cranberry juice.

And finished with pomegranate, orange and grapes

Supa healthy!  Mostly because I forgot the sauce in the oven.  Damn chemo brain!
